At La Vita Nostra, our goal is to bring you the most realistic simulation of mafia life available on the web. No more silly video games with millions of players, endless lives, and ridiculous weapons. La Vita Nostra will take you as close to the life of a wiseguy as you can get in an online roleplaying simulation.

Strictly limited to only 2,500 active participants in each unique instance of the game, LVN creates a virtual world in which you must survive and struggle to thrive. Beginning as a “wannabe,” you’ll gradually make connections on the street, hoping to prove yourself a good earner and become an “associate.” Remain loyal, keep finding good scores, and do the right thing – pay the tribute demanded of you by the organization – and one day you may get “straightened out.” There are only about 500 “made men” in each instance at any given time.

What runs the real mob – what makes them tick – what motivates them to risk getting “pinched,” or even “whacked” over a score? MONEY. And that’s what makes La Vita Nostra work too. Real money. As a new subscriber, you’ll pay $12.99 a month to participate. Become a “made guy” – a full fledged member of one of LVN’s 5 families – and those dues are no more. From that day forward, it’s on the cuff.

And guess what. Become a caporegime in your family, and you’ll start getting paid. Captains in each of the five crime families receive a monthly payment – real cash deposited to their real bank account – ranging from $50 to $200, depending on their performance and rank among all captains.

Naturally, become boss of a family and you’ll make even more. A LOT more. The lowest ranking boss receives $500 each month. The highest ranking – the “boss of bosses” – gets $2000!

But plan carefully. Make every move with the wisdom of a street guy. Because enemies are everywhere. And if you get whacked, that’s it. No extra lives. No do-overs. No restarting. Your character is dead. La Vita Nostra isn’t just a game. It’s a life. And you only get one.
